**DOOR is easy to miss! We will place a sign on the door but if you get to JJ Bean you have gone too far! It is a non-descript glass door with a keypad for entry (door code for access to be provided before the workshop)

Egyptian Technique Intensive
In this intensive Shahrzad will share her personal approach for developing strong dance technique. Each day will feature conditioning, technique breakdowns, drilling, and combinations. Over the course of the weekend all of the technique and combinations will be combined to form an exciting and challenging Mejance choreography. Along with movement training Shahrzad will also be using lecture and Q&A to delve deeper into some of these subjects and give students the opportunity for direct feedback for personal development.

Thursday night open class:
- $90 for non-registered intensive members, $75 for intensive members (must be registered in full intensive to get discount)
Intensive weekend (Friday – Sunday):
- Nearly 17 hours of instruction from Friday to Sunday: EARLY BIRD: $585 after May 1 2027: $685
Single day intensive option (Saturday or Sunday only)
- Single Day option is available for $300 – this includes the morning & afternoon class. No single workshops are available as the workshop is progressive.

No refunds provided. If you are unable to attend, you must sell your space & let the organizers know of the change.

If you are looking for a place to stay, the workshop venue & gala show location are located in Mount Pleasant. The workshop venue is close to the Main street Skytrain station which is accessible from downtown or further east (15 min walk).

Parking
There are paid lots in Olympic Village under London Drugs (see here), street parking south of 2nd Ave (free!) and ample street parking but many are only 2 hours so please check to confirm.

There are MANY food options around the workshop venue! JJ Bean is immediately next door (BEST MUFFINS EVER). Here is a list of close restaurants.
